Return Policy
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Returns must be notified to us in writing via email at: info@walkerapparel.co.uk.
- Once you've notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product, provided the return was initiated within 14 days of receipt via info@walkerapparel.co.uk.
- Send the proof of postage to info@walkerapparel.co.uk. We cannot process a refund without proof of postage or a tracking number.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the returned items are in good condition and meet all requirements before sending them back to us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
The following items are excluded from the return policy:
- Goods ordered for business projects.
- Custom-made goods. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Items of a personal nature.
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care items are exempt from the return policy for hygiene reasons. These items cannot be returned and will not be processed or accepted.
- Goods sent back after 14 days of receipt.
Order Cancellations:
You have 14 days to return your order if you change your mind after receiving it. However, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.
Return Procedure:
Contact us at info@walkerapparel.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your contact details, order number, and clear photos or videos of any defects or damages. We will respond as soon as possible.
NOTES & CONDITIONS:
- The cost of returning your order is always at the expense and risk of the buyer/sender. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues during shipping. We reserve the right to deny a refund.
- As we work with international suppliers, your item may need to be returned to an overseas location, including China. Returns must be sent to the same overseas supplier.

- Ensure that items are in good condition and meet all the return requirements before sending them back.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the return is received by the supplier.
- Proof of postage must be sent to us via info@walkerapparel.co.uk, preferably by responding to previous email contact.
