I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Tracking numbers are updated 2-5 days after your order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days, please email us at info@walkerapparel.co.uk.
I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there’s a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to return the product for a full refund. Returns must be sent at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase amount. Please include your name and order number with the returned package.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it and receiving your refund.
